Swiss Arbitration Summit 2026

Ukrainian Arbitration Association is proud to be a partner of the Swiss Arbitration Summit 2026!

Returning to Geneva for its third edition, it will take place from 14–16 January 2026 at the InterContinental Geneva, the Summit will bring together leading practitioners, in-house counsel, academics, and institutions for three days of high-level panels, forward-looking discussions, and curated networking.

Programme Highlights:

  • ASA Winter Conference (16 January 2026) — Arbitration was built for fast, practical business justice. This conference shows how commercial tools and technology can make it even sharper, quicker, and more business focused.
  • Innovation Conference (15 January 2026) — This year’s conference focuses on the newly introduced Supplemental Swiss Rules for Trust, Estate & Foundation Disputes (TEF Rules).
  • Sponsor-led Arbitration Sessions (14–15 January) — engage with leading law firms, institutions, and arbitration experts across multiple jurisdictions and topics.
