In January 2023, the Ukrainian Arbitration Association, ELSA Ukraine and ELSA Kyiv signed a memorandum of cooperation. The purpose of this Memorandum is the organization and implementation of cooperation between the Parties based on the mutual exchange of information and experience within the framework of conducting joint educational and practical activities with the aim of promoting the development of student legal initiatives and the development of legal education.
On 08 December 2021 at the Head Office of ICC Ukraine President of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association Olena Perepelynska and the ICC Ukraine President Shchelkunov V.I. signed a Memorandum of cooperation. The main purpose of signing the Memorandum is to update cooperation between the Parties on the development of arbitration in Ukraine and to promote a positive image of Ukraine.
On August 11, 2020, the Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA) and International Arbitration Centre (IAC) have signed a Memorandum on long-term co-operation with a view to wider dissemination of mediation and arbitration as means of resolving cross-border and international disputes together with establishment of a modern arbitration infrastructure in their jurisdictions.
23 January 2015 Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA) and International Centre for Dispute Resolutioon (ICDR) have signed the Memorandum on cooperation in advancement of arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution as the means of settling disputes arising out of international commercial transactions.
Since 2013 the Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA) and the UBA Students League have been organizing events for law students and young practicioners. Every year they sign the Memorandum on organization of the Ukrainian Essay Competition in International Commercial Arbitration and the Memorandum on organization of the Arbitration School.
Members of the Association can be an individual with a law degree, is a specialist in international commercial arbitration or have a professional interest in international commercial arbitration and share the goals and objectives of the Association. Read more
