Vilnius Arbitration Day 2026: Arbitration That Works — Efficiency. Expertise. Endgame
We are pleased to support Vilnius Arbitration Day 2026, which returns to Vilnius on 25 September 2026 with the theme “Arbitration That Works — Efficiency. Expertise. Endgame.”
This year’s programme will focus on the practical questions that determine whether arbitration delivers what users expect: efficient procedure, expert decision-making, enforceable outcomes and a meaningful endgame.
The event will feature more than 40 leading arbitration practitioners, academics and experts as speakers, two parallel streams of focused discussions, over 200 participants, and the setting of amazing Vilnius as a meeting point for the international arbitration community.
Throughout the day, the sessions will address some of the most relevant issues in arbitration today, including:
- The Future of Arbitration or the Algorithmic Turn?
- Thinking Ahead: Common Pitfalls in Preparing for Enforcement of Arbitral Award
- Arbitration for Business, not for Sport
- Arbitration: Director’s Cut or Groundhog Day?
- Streamlined Arbitration: Smart Case Management or Procedural Risk?
- Public Interest and International Arbitration
- White Knight or Dark Knight? How Far Can Counsel Go?
- Arbitration 4.0: Mastering Virtual Service, Synthetic Evidence, and Algorithmic Awards
- Is arbitration the easy bit? Enforcing awards against difficult debtors, from rogue fraudsters to recalcitrant states
The event is supported by SCC Arbitration Institute, Vienna International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (VIAC), The Finland Arbitration Institute (FAI), Estonian Arbitration Association, Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA), Baltic Arbitration Days & White Nights and KNOETZL.
ThoughtLeaders4 Disputes joins as media partner and Lithuanian Bar as knowledge partner.
