2020 LCIA Arbitration Rules Translation

Ukrainian Arbitration Association is pleased to have contributed to the Ukrainian translation of the 2020 LCIA Arbitration Rules, which is now available on the LCIA website.

The translation will help make one of the world's leading sets of arbitral rules more accessible to Ukrainian practitioners, businesses, academics, and students.

We are grateful to the London Court of International Arbitration for the opportunity to support this initiative. We hope it will serve as a valuable resource for the Ukrainian arbitration community and further promote the use and understanding of international arbitration in Ukraine.

The UAA Working Group was co-headed by Oleksii Maslov and Dr. Olena Perepelynska, and included Mariana Antonovych, Illia Ivanusa, Anna Myroniuk, Katalina Shkuro, Anna Guillard Sazhko, Pavlo Bogachenko.
