Survey on AI launched by the International Chamber of Commerce

The Ukrainian Arbitration Association invites Ukrainian arbitration practitioners, academics, and in-house counsel to participate in a new survey launched by the International Chamber of Commerce focusing on the use of artificial intelligence in arbitration.

As AI tools continue to shape legal practice, the initiative seeks to capture current trends and practical experiences across the global arbitration community. The results are expected to contribute to a more informed discussion on the opportunities and challenges associated with AI in dispute resolution. Quoting the ICC:

"The survey aims to gain clearer insight into current AI practices within the arbitration community and to better understand how AI tools are being used in practice."

The survey is available at the following link in one of four languages English, French, Spanish, and Arabic. According to the ICC, all responses are entirely anonymous and will be used solely in aggregated form
