UAA announces the full programme of the III UAA Arbitration Academy starting on 8 September 2026.

We are proud to have gathered a truly remarkable group of practitioners and academics, some of them returning from the previous editions and some joining us for the first time. Our lecturers come from across various jurisdictions and legal backgrounds, bringing diverse perspectives on the complex issues of international arbitration.

In addition to its well-tested programme divided into basic and special courses, this year the Academy offers several new courses, including:

- Arbitration and the EU Law
- Research in International Arbitration
- Cross-examination
