Ukrainian Arbitration Association is pleased to invite you to our joint webinar with Swiss Arbitration Association on the arbitrability of corporate and private disputes in Ukraine and Switzerland!
At this webinar, we will compare legal regulation as regards arbitrability of corporate disputes in Ukraine and Switzerland, recent jurisprudence on this point, potential for wider use of arbitration in Switzerland for resolution of such type of disputes by Ukrainian users. We will also discuss the most recent developments, in particular, very recently introduced Supplemental Swiss Rules for Trust, Estate and Foundation (TEF) Disputes.
