Join the Association
Members of the Association can be physical capable person with a law degree, is a specialist in international commercial arbitration or have a professional interest in international commercial arbitration and share the goals and objectives of the Association.
Alternate member of the Association may be individuals in legal education and legal professions interested in issues of arbitration.
Admission to members and candidate members of the Association on the basis of the applicant’s written application in the prescribed form to the President.
Completed and signed declaration by the applicant, and written consent to the processing of his personal data in the Association shall be recommended by his letter to the Association, a copy – email to the email address of the Association: info@uaa.in.ua
In case of doubt, the Association may require the applicant documents confirming the information given by him in a statement.
President makes a decision to accept or refuse admission to the Association within 15 working days from the date of application to the Association.
Within three working days from the date of the President’s decision to admit the applicant to the Association Secretary shall transmit to the applicant by e-mail:
- notification of admission to the Association;
- request for payment of entrance and annual membership fees.
Member of the Association is taken from the decision on the matter by the President, provided that the applicant enrollment and membership fees.
